We’ve all faced challenges and we all know the life-changing and life-saving importance of having someone in our corner who knows what it’s like to walk a mile in our shoes.

Peer Navigators are people with lived experience – specifically as it relates to mental health or addictions – who have achieved a certain level of recovery and in most cases, received specialized training to support people on their personal journeys towards wellness and healing. They don’t replace professional healthcare providers, but they can provide extra support when it’s needed.

Because there’s no such thing as too much support.
